Pacific Water & Power is a third party billing and payment processing service contracted by your property management company. We have been providing this service since 1997 throughout parts of Orange and L.A. County.
Pacific Water & Power will bill your apartment for water, trash, and sewer, depending on your property. Pacific Water and Power is the only provider for the billing of these utilities. We are not a utility company and do not have the authority to disrupt any customer's service at any time. Any disruption to your service is a maintenance issue and can be explained by contacting your property's maintenance staff.
