Due to a billing error, most of the bills sent out during April were sent out with the wrong infomtion on it. Please do not use the account number or balance due from these bills to pay.
We will be extending the due date this month to April 30th. If you have not gotten your bill by then please give us a call.
Due to this, we sent out a new set of bills to all residents that came with a GREEN CARD with an explination of the issue. This new bill is a reflection of everything you owe during April. You do not need to pay your bill again if you have already paid earlier this month using the correct account number.
Here is how to check your bill to see if it has the right information.
1. Check to see if the name on the billing breakdown portion of the bill is yours.
2. The bill came with a GREEN CARD explaning the situation.
If you are concerned that your payment this month did not go through or did not go to the right account, please click the View/Pay Bill tab on the left side of the page and use the correct account number and pin number located on your new bill.
